Golden Glow

Our tree is very grown up now that our children have their own homes. There are only clear glass ornaments and a few golden glass. This is one of my favorites and quite a challenge for me to paint. Fun though. Pencil and watercolor in hand.book journal.

I'm sorry to read that you had a bout of sickness recently. (((Hugs))) I hope you are fully on the mend now. I have to say that I'm very impressed that you still managed to turn out such great sketches while you were sick.

I think the candle in the window tradition is lovely! And, I too, think you did a great job on this ornament....well done, Sandy ~ :)

Sandy, this is my favourite so far but all of your work is wonderful. I must try to give the art blogs more time and be inspired to create regularly. Thanks for being here.
