Humm there is actually quite a bit of interesting history connected to this week's challenge. If anyone has more names for underwear, let me know and I will add to my journal page.
I started doing some web research on the history of underwear - and hopefully will get a journal page done before the next challenge is announced. We have our 25 month old for President's Day weekend (Thurs-Mon), and it is hard finding a block of time to do ANYTHING.

chones n.pl. underwear, especially undershorts or panties. Also chonies, choners. Subjects: English, Spanish, Mexico, United States, Slang
In our house we refer to all underpants as "chones or chonies"
"never leave the house with dirty chonies!"
