Could not resist combining these two. My thumb challenge needed support so I decided to try the Different Strokes From Different Folks bi-weekly challenge. Not happy with the flatness of this sketch but Hey I think my thumb looks real.
Love it! I sketched my thumb on my page too- it sits there so nicely :) This one looks very cool because it is almost like you holding the page :D Nice spring like pages before this too...
I've been following your posts for a while but I just had to comment on the thumb on this one! I was totally duped the first few glances I took and I thought you were holding the book! How delightful. (I really enjoy your work. Sorry it's taken me so long to say so!)
This is fab! Great idea to combine different challenges from different sites. Love the layout and you're right about your thumb - it does look really real!

Looks good enough to eat, the sushi not your thumb;-) Nice how you put two challenges together.
Well, I don't like sushi but this is such a fun sketche.

I like your recent pages...haven't been here in a while!
This is such a wonderful journal post, Sandy. Love the thumb!
Oh, this is FANTASTIC! I like how you did this and how you combined the two different assignments/challenges. Good for you!
