Lovely page no doubt! Those floors remind me back in Malaysia. They aren't comfortable to walk on at first...but once you get used to them, they are actually really cooling to your feet, and massaging your feet at the same time(people claims that helps in improving your blood circulation). :)
Great post, Sandy. I grew up in a farm house with wide pine boards, painted gray. Lots of Barbie shoes got lost in the cracks, I am sure. But I can't see floors like that without remembering.
I liked very much of your blog. It made me think of my humble work. I need to get back to it... but so many things in the way! Work, family, lessons...

What a wonderful looking floor. I just love wood floors, and your drawing of it really captured its warmth! nancy
You did a great job capturing the warmth and character of the boards.
Lovely colour ! It looks warm and soft, the kind of floor you enjoy walking on bare foot ! Well done !
Great capture of the lovely grain of the wood and wonderful color.

The floor is beautifully done. Tanks for sharing it with us.
Nice floor. Hummm, will I ever get to that challenge?
