Oh how wonderful. Ilove the way you put it all together. Rhubarb pie makes me think of my dad who passed away in 1992. Rhubarb and Gooseberry pie were his favorite. You page is outstanding.

The leaves of rhubarb are poisonous, the stalks are so sour/ bitter it is unimaginable anyone found a way to make this so delicious.
