Oh Brother, I do not like house cleaning when it is nice weather outside or when I want to sketch ( or ever actually ). My brother and wife from Chicago are coming to visit and I am forced to do spring cleaning - UGH - sketching will probably have to be on the sideline for a bit. As they leave in a few days we head north to visit DH side of the family and I will not have a computer so probably no posting which I will miss. I plan on sketching the beautiful White Mountains of Maine. AND my house should still be clean when we return !

Company's Coming !!

WONDERFUL!! I just love the loose style, ink and wash!!! And I agree -- work gets in the way of sketching! SIGH!

This is fabulous! I really like it when people illustrate the everyday things that make up life. You have a great blog.
You have really "settled" on a wonderful style now...I could immediatley recognize this as yours when I scrolled down the superblog...
Great work here again, lovely washes, great linework and composition...now it would be nice if you could only figure out a way how the "composition" can come alive and do the job on its own and we can just carry on doing other things!
