As always I am sad to leave the rocky Maine coast of Bar Harbor and head back to the real world. My last on site sketch is above. Lobstering has to be Hard Work but it reminds me of the movie Mystic Pizza (filmed nearby) and the boats are so cute and the catch is so yummy!
This attempt at a sunset did not go as planned (the beauty of WC?) but I worked with it and learned as always, I should try this again and better paper would help of course ( this is a journal page) More 'fill-in' pages will be added as I work from pictures and such to complete this journal. Bye Bar Harbor, see you next year.

Good Night Bar Harbor

this is great! what lovely colors at the end of a day and you captured them so nicely! Glad you had a good time; now onto a new adventure!
I agree with MArta...what lovely colors on your last day! I hate endings of all kind, goodbyes included!
But luckily new beginnings take their rightful place immediately after. So, enjoy the fresh start!
