EDM #167 FIX

Funny there is not much needing repair around the house right now - a lovely chair needs re-caning but I decided I did not have the patience to sketch it. A long rock wall in the side yard is being rebuilt but almost done so past sketching - so I opted on this necessary fixture.

Defintely a necessary fixture...anything toilety is always urgent! Great sketch and that is actually a very charming colour you chose, maybe you could paint your white tiles, LOL.

Running toilets! so annoying and even more annoying when the job is put off. Really cute sketch Sandy.

I guess it beats going out to the little house out back in the middle of the night. I like the way you only drew a portion of the tank.

I've never seen such a prettier or more delicate toilet! Well done!

You made a beautiful sketch out of it - I like the way you use color here.

Running toilets drive me NUTS!!! I really like your color choices in this; the handle came out perfect, too.

BTW, Love those sneakers!

Oh yeah. I hear you. Our ancient plumbing gives us us fits too. I live in fear that the loo won't work right when we have friends over, even though we have learned to jiggle the lever and perform incantations to get it to do its job. I didn't do this challenge, didn't even think of the toilet. The running valve has become so familiar it's part of my everyday life. Thanks for your intresting post.

What a pretty toilet...why is it that they frequently seem to need fixing?!
