I can't guess what it is so it must be an EXtreme close up!
That looks like a "Snitty" to me. Used one a lot when I worked in a drafting room to cut prints.
What is it??? So far I don't think I've guessed ONE of the EDM closeups....Maybe i need to do one and join you all in the mystery. This looks fun!

Catching up with challenges, my trip keep me too busy to do the EDM challenges, I have not missed one so I HAD to do these.
