Awesome potato skins! I really like the little dish of sour cream in the middle.
I didn't know potatoes could look so powerful?, energetic? Well, definitely enticing! Makes me think of Emeril Lagasse and his catchphrase "BAM!"
Oh, these look so good I tried to grab one but hit my computer screen!

I wanted to sit right down and eat all of them, they looked that good! I will bet you like them too! :)
Wow -- great use of color with these! They're really fantastic! (they make me hungry....);-)
makes me hungry! and CONGRATULATIONS, I mean HUGE congratulations on keeping up with all the challenges. WOW! I'm impressed.
