This one was quite difficult and I am not really happy - but - it is ,what it is, a learning opportunity. (actually scanned better than it looks ;-)

A lovely journal page - beautiful tree painting. I so enjoy all of your journal pages here. They are all quite inspiring!

Hi Sandy,
I like it! I also like how you spilled it over to the page on the left. What is it that you don't like about it? How did you mix the color of the foliage behind the tree. Very nice. ~Kim

Sandy,
It is really good - that photo really needed to be simplified and you managed it! Considering how I feel about lanscapes, I decided to pass on this one.

Oh, this is beautiful! I looked at the photo for the challenge this month, and decided to leave it for people braver and better then me. Wonderful WONDERFUL job on this!

Very nice! The tree has a wonderful natural, supple quality to it; and the dark green behind it is just right!

Fantastic sketch. I really like the way you colores just the one page of it. As far as the scanning goes, I've noticed that my sketches look better after they're scanned. I wonder what's different. Interesting. Keep up the good work.
