Around Town #4

Entry four in my little "around town" series. Here I dug into a bit of history surrounding our lovely town Green. Even though the size has been halved (as our fore fathers divided out space for town needs) it is still Noted as the largest perpetual green in New England. AND, George Washington probably did not sleep here, but we Know he ate and drank and rested here.

I adore this series and now will wait patiently for #5. Someday you will have enough to make little book for the Chamber of Commerce - or at least the town library.

Fun Sketch! I grew up in Durham, so your Guilford sketch caught my eye.

This post reminds me of Hannah Hinchman. Have you ever read her?
