My brother- and sister-in-law are spending Spring Break in Rome. I want to hurt them, even though I was the one who advised them to take "real trips" before the kids. Something the hubster and I didn't do.
Sigh. Someday I'll get to Europe. Or heck, even farther away than Indiana. Double Sigh.
The last time I was in Paris it was 1972! Do you speak French? I don't and I think that got in the way of my enjoying myself more than I did. Still, your dream of another visit sounds wonderful, and your sketch portrays that feeling of longing to travel. I hope you can go again.
