Every May the pool is opened and ready to go - except for the quite chilly water! Last year when our decks were rebuilt my wonderful son-in-law inlaid this huge mariner's star (around 6 feet long) It points due North and I Love it!

What a beautiful star! Both the painted one and the real one. Wonderful job! It is cold and rainy here so I hope your weather is warm enough to swim!

this is neat....bytw could you please come down and vacuum our pool...its open but needs a good vacuum...OH NO!
